 I am an Embodied Leadership and Business Coach with a decade of experience holding trauma-informed spaces. I am a yoga & mindfulness educator, and a Somatic Therapist (M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling; Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern). 

 

I’ve been in the business coaching space since 2022, and I’ve coached hundreds of clients to start and grow their businesses. 

 

I’ve scaled my own offer, the Embodied Leadership Sanctuary to 6-figures with an audience of under 3k on IG. But honestly, the real wins were the inner work I did to be able to make that happen. 

I launched that offer 3x on social media before landing a single client. I even ghosted my business for months before my first successful ELS launch.
